If you loose your username, you can use the username retrieval form here. You will need the current email address associated with your account. Your username will be sent to this account.
If you loose your password, you can use the password reset form here. You will need the current email address associated with your account and username. Your new password will be sent to this account.
I'm logged in, but I can't download, stream, or view any members only videos, why?
If you are logged in and cannot download or stream videos, your account is most likely inactive. You can renew your account at anytime by clicking the renew menu, you must be logged in to view this menu. To view your account status, click here. If your account is Active, please contact us by filling out problem report here.
